We serve companies and organizations from the European innovation ecosystem, offering them inspiring retreats and offsites.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Turin-based team. The role involves a mix of remote work and weekly in-person meetings at a coworking space.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential clients.

Sales Calls and Meetings: Book and conduct sales calls and meetings to understand client requirements and create project estimations/offers.

KPI Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights and feedback.

Strategic Thinking: Identify new Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target groups, suggesting innovative strategies to gain leads.

Interdepartmental Communication: Maintain constant communication with other departments within Campfire Company to ensure alignment and collaboration.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Management, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 1-year experience in a relevant field such as digital marketing.

Language Skills: Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. German is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Suite; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI Tools is a plus.

Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, analytical thinking, and self-organization.
