You will be a mid-level Italian-qualified lawyer, admitted to the Bar, with prior experience in commercial contracts, antitrust and consumer law.

Experience advising clients in a regulated industry will be useful.

In this role you will support the Legal team and provide timely, accurate and business-orientated legal analysis (advising, negotiating and providing legal documents) in a wide variety of areas, with a focus on contract drafting in the beginning, but with objective to increase exposure also to other areas such as competition law, marketing, sales, employment issues, regulatory matters, commercial and corporate law, compliance, digital and data protection and any other matters as required.

You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple, conflicting priorities while managing a substantial workload and client expectations.

You will have a team player attitude and the capability to be a role model for the entire organization, encouraging collaboration and standards of excellence while maintaining a culture with a high degree of emphasis on dignity, respect, and inclusion.

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential to fill this role. A LLM abroad will be considered a plus.
