    Orienta S.p.A., Società benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente di Bolzano, un SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT.
    La risorsa si occuperà di:

    • Ideazione e implementazione della strategia sui social media.
    • Gestione dei canali social.
    • Sviluppo di contenuti specifici.
    • Creazione di annunci social personalizzati.
    • Reporting, analisi, monitoraggio del successo e ottimizzazione costante di canali, attività e campagne sui social media.

    Requisiti:

    • Formazione nei settori della comunicazione, marketing, marketing digitale o esperienza pluriennale nella gestione di account di social media in aziende.
    • Conoscenza approfondita ed esperienza operativa nelle aree della strategia social e degli annunci social.
    • Capacità analitiche per interpretare le cifre chiave e ricavare misure di ottimizzazione.
    • Preferenzialmente, una buona sensibilità per la rappresentazione grafica o pittorica e esperienza nella produzione di foto o video.
    • Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente, volontà di esprimersi e creatività.
    • Eccellente conoscenza della lingua tedesca, oltre a una buona conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese.

    Die gesuchte Person wird folgende Aufgaben übernehmen:

    • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Social-Media-Strategie.
    • Verwaltung der Social-Media-Kanäle.
    • Entwicklung spezifischer Inhalte.
    • Erstellung personalisierter Social-Media-Anzeigen.
    • Reporting, Analyse, Überwachung des Erfolgs und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Kanälen, Aktivitäten und Kampagnen in den sozialen Medien.

    Anforderungen:

    • Ausbildung in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Marketing, digitales Marketing oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Social-Media-Konten in Unternehmen.
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse und operative Erfahrung in den Bereichen Social-Media-Strategie und Social-Media-Anzeigen.
    • Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Interpretation von Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
    • Vorzugsweise ein gutes Gespür für grafische oder malerische Darstellungen und Erfahrung in der Produktion von Fotos oder Videos.
    • Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten, Ausdruckswillen und Kreativität.
    • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache sowie gute Kenntnisse der italienischen und englischen Sprache.
