- Lead in the delivery of strategic IT consulting engagements, for clients across multiple industries, helping to develop outstanding solutions to their Mission Critical Priorities
- Work across our range of solutions ("Digital Growth & Transformation", "Application, Infrastructure & Security Modernization", and "IT Sourcing & Spend Optimization"), and continue to develop a strong understanding of these topics.
- Identify and develop solutions and recommendations using independent judgment concerning engagement areas being reviewed.
- Lead research, interviews and presentations for clients (executive and/or board level)
- Lead in coordinating and communicating the results of engagements via written reports and oral presentations to client management and key stakeholders
- Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy with experience of Technology and Strategy consulting
- Experience advising clients in an area such as application optimisation/rationalisation, cloud strategy, digital transformation, cost optimisation
- Experience working with multiple IT solutions
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and the ability to assist in the creative development of solutions and strategies to solve client problems
- An ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously
- A consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teams that leverage technology to drive the mission-critical priorities of commercial or government entities
- An ability to inspire and motivate professionals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds towards a common goal
