    Valuement is an international consulting company, part of Mantu Group, operating in 60 countries, with a primary focus on the retail market and now also expanding new industries.

    We are actively developing our markets and therefore we are looking for a Junior Consultant to implement projects within our operational team in Milan.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and curious professional, able to think outside the box and with a strong interest for performing analyses and working with data.


    Job Description:
    We are currently looking for a Junior Strategy Consultant.

    This position is based in Milan and requires a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in strategic consulting, preferably within consulting firm.

    As a Strategic Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our clients in the retail fashion industry, helping them drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their business objectives.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Management:
    Manage end-to-end consulting project activities, including project scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.

    Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards Business Development:
    Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities within the retail fashion industry.

    Participate in client pitches, proposal development, and lead generation activities Client Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs.

    Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with their goals Strategic Analysis:

    Conduct in-depth analysis of the retail fashion market, including market trends, consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.

    Translate findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients Digital innovation:

    participate in the functional development of IT solutions (workflow, RPA) that can help customers in the digital innovation process Qualifications and Skills: Master's degree in Engeering, Business Administration, Management or a related field Minimum of 6 months of experience in strategic consulting Track record of delivering strategic consulting projects, driving tangible results for clients Positive approach and ability to work as a team Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels Fluency in English and Italian is required.
