We are looking for a
Testing Concept & Analysis-Durability to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the
Head of Verification & Validation Testing
.


You will be responsible to synchronize the Vehicle Duty Cycle and Reliability methodology to develop and broader the experience in the activities below described:

  • Steering the definition of the testing plan up as per the today's business plan and in compliance with the Product Development Process milestones (PEP).
  • Identifying customer usage profiles
  • Defining Model specific Requirement, Vehiclelevel Duty Cycle (via real world data measurement and simulations data)
  • Matching the vehicle level Reliability cycle, including Functional Test
  • Defining numbers and contents of vehicles dedicated to Durability and Reliability test (mules, prototypes, preseries)
  • Collecting testing project budget estimation, incl. eventual preparation of Business case concerning a vehicle testing dedicated facility and staff (testing engineers, drivers, technicians)
  • Reviewing the Vehicle Duty Cycle targets for existing projects and maintain a correlated and coherent damage target across the overall testing plan
  • Organizing and follow at vehicle level the fatigue rig testing: 4polster (Festigkeit) and Corrosion INKA, including the coordination of the upcoming analysis and corrective actions

About you

  • Bachelor or Master degree in in Mechanic or Mechatronic or Electronic or Aerospace Engineering, Master in Vehicle as plus
  • At least 3 years' experience in automotive companies in a similar role, Group experience as plus
  • Technical knowledge in automotive, with roots and experience in car dynamic testing
  • Experience in working and dealing with cross functional department
  • Experience on following tools and systems:
  • Commercial SW tools: Office suite, including Teams
  • Matlab
  • Siemens Testlab
  • Car Diagnosis tools as plus
  • Planning skills
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to synthesize, effective communication
