Job Description As Maître d'hôtel you will organize the catering sales outlet for which you responsible, ensures the quality of service offered to customers, manages and motivates the team to promote sales and quality of service.

You will contribute to the expansion of catering sales revenue. The Maître d'hôtel must also ensure compliance with and application of health and safety rules.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Professional skills and customer relations: Provides and supervises excellent customer care Offers an attentive service adapted to customer constraints Pays attention to customers' comments (follow-up)

Conveys the image of the hotel Adapts his/her organisation and workforce according to the activity Prevents wastage and loss of raw materials Complies with internal control procedures Participates in inventories Analyses results and implements corrective actions Applies brand and hotel procedures and policies Organize and monitors the work of his/her team Organize the covers according to business forecasts Takes account of the level of activity to manage customer flows Applies brand and hotel procedures and policies Epitomizes the Heartist spirit in his/her interactions with customers Qualifications SKILLS REQUIRED Catering vocational training First experience of technical know-how Ability to work effectively as a team and sense of initiative Language proficiency according to hotel needs Leadership Speed and efficiency Commercial mindset Dynamic Good interpersonal skills and self-confidence Sense of hospitality and service Good teacher and team leader Methodical, meticulous and well-organised Additional Information What we offer:
