    Job Summary:

    Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (WTS) is looking for an experienced Engineering Service Sales Professional to help grow the Service business in Italy. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and providing tailored service solutions. You will embody Veolia's values in your work and promote the company's commitment to sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a sales strategy for expanding Veolia WTS's Service business in the Italian market.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by fostering strong client relationships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Understand the Italian water market to position Veolia WTS as a leading service provider.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the Service business revenue goals.
    • Represent Veolia WTS at industry events to strengthen the company's brand presence.
    • Collaborate with the European Sales Service Domain Leader to align strategies.
    • Leverage synergies within Veolia group to offer comprehensive solutions to customers.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of sales and business development experience, ideally in water or environmental services.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical information effectively.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
    • Proficiency in Italian and English.
    • Willingness to travel within Italy.
    • Customer-oriented with a dedication to provide exceptional value.
    • Knowledge of the Italian water market and sustainability practices.
    • Familiarity with Veolia's service offerings.
