We are looking for fresh graduates and junior professionals to join the Engineering Operations HQ fo
Stevanato Group in Piombino Dese (Padova) with the role of
Department Planners for the following areas:

Vision Department
Technical Department
Operations Department

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all live projects within the dedicated Business Unit
Coordinate technical operating instructions between customer, technical department team for live tasks
Allocate resources and tools for the assigned tasks according to identified priorities
Schedule alignment meeting with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor resource status to ensure availability and capability is matched to business requirements
Keep track of project status with constantly up to date analysis and reports
Monitor project activities workflow at all times and identify potential issues with project timeline so preventing delays in respecting deadlines

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: Master Degree in Engineering (Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering.)
IT literate and comfortable using IT systems and tools for the planning and scheduling of tasks and resources.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of LEAN principles and methodologies
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Project Management
13 years of experience in planning activities and tasks in a dynamic environment (preferably)

Essential criteria:

Strong interest in project management, change management, continuous improvement and lean principles
Ability to develop good working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally
Customer focus and ability to work in a changing environment
Negotiation and goal orientation
