Silvia and Riccardo Baracchi 17th century family residence, set amongst the vineyards and olive trees that surround the small Etruscan city of Cortona, is a true delight. The guest rooms, located around the main residence, have all the simplicity of a Tuscan villa. The terraces of the former winter garden, with their heady aromas of rose, offer superb vistas over the neighbouring countryside. A sophisticated restaurant erves cuisine, reflecting the flavours and fragrances of the terroir. The Thesan Etruscan spa offers exclusive, luxury rituals. Job description

**All'interno del ristorante, riportando al Maître si occupa di**:

- curare la mise-en-place dei tavoli e il servizio
- partecipare al lavoro e alle responsabilità del team di sala
- registrare le comande, sporzionare i cibi dal piatto di portata, porre attenzione ai dettagli

Inside the restaurant, reporting to the Maître, he takes care of:

- take care of the mise-en-place of the tables and the service
- participate in the work and responsibilities of the room team
- record the orders, divide the food from the serving plate, pay attention to the details

Contratto a tempo determinato (maggio-novembre 2023) con possibilità di conferma per la stagione successiva CCNL Turismo.
L'inquadramento e la retribuzione saranno commisurati al profilo e all'esperienza
Disponibilità full time

Fixed-term contract (May-November 2023) with the possibility of confirmation for the following season CCNL Tourism.
The classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the profile and experience

Profile description
- Diploma/Laurea
- Buona conoscenza di inglese. Gradita la conoscenza di una terza lingua
- Esperienza di almeno un anno maturata nel ruolo sia in contesti alberghieri sia ristorativi
- Conoscenza dei vini (gradita attestazione da sommelier - AIS, FISAR o simili )
- Massima serietà, professionalità, standing
- Completano il profilo: passione, orientamento al cliente, flessibilità e team working
- Diploma/Degree
- Good knowledge of English. Knowledge of a third language is welcome
- Experience of at least one year gained in the role in both hotel and restaurant contexts
- Knowledge of wines (certified by sommelier - AIS, FISAR or similar)
- Maximum seriousness, professionalism, standing
- Complete the profile: passion, customer orientation, flexibility and team working
