Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026 is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.


The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).


Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.


Position:


The OFX & Hospitality Marketing Coordinator will:

  • prepare in & off-venue visitors & hospitality opportunities available and addressable to permit the best achievable experience when joining the Games period. Particularly focused on OFX & Hospitality Marketing Communication.
  • Develop the Hospitality programme Gamestime Look and Feel in line with OCOG Look of the Games
  • Help to establish the Hospitality IT Solutions & Systems strategies in collaboration with the appointed Games Hospitality Provider
  • Help to finalise OCOGappointed Games Hospitality Provider Data Agreement
  • Cooperate on subdistributors Marks and Designation Usage Guidelines
  • Help to establish policies and sales order procedures for each client group
  • Hospitality Guide release
  • Hospitality Product Catalogue release
  • Help to develop Stakeholders Engagement process
  • Help to develop Hospitality IT Systems
  • Help to develop Olympic & Paralympic Hospitality programme for Games stakeholders.
  • Help to develop Olympic & Paralympic Hospitality sales programme for general public.
  • Review subdistributors promotional materials (i.e. websites, etc.)
  • Help to develop subdistributors communication and engagement plan
  • Approval process for Hospitality Provider materials.
  • Develop Stakeholder Houses Communication plan
  • Develop Olympic & Paralympic Onsite Fan information strategy
  • Develop Olympic and Paralympic spectators Guides concept and timeline
  • Develop of communication material necessary from time to time.

Requirements:


  • Min 8 years of experiences
  • Reading, writing, speaking English and Italian
  • Ability to ability to work together and coordinate groups of people and different kinds of stakeholder
  • Communication Knowledge & skill (ATL/BTL/Digital & Social/PR )
  • Website, app, CRM knowledge & skill
  • Major sport events experience preferred
  • Degree in any social science related matters
