Posizione:

We're looking for a
JUNIOR RECRUITER to join the HR department to contribute on recruiting activities.

Your primary focus and responsibility will be to support the team in the recruitment activities, ensuring that the process is carried out in an excellent and timely manner.

You will have the opportunity to learn on the job and accrue skills to get to independently manage hiring processes, dealing with NHOA's Management.

Tasks and Duties

Coordinate with the team to track recruiting needs and be constantly updated on current processes
Post job ads on various platforms, according to company templates and standards
Support the team in scheduling interviews within the HR department and with the Hiring Managers

The shadowing activities will be carried out with the aim of training you to independently manage the entire recruiting process.

You will have the chance to work on
international projects, recruiting and selecting people for NHOA's global needs (USA, Australia, Taiwan, Europe ).

Requisiti:

Bachelor or Master's Degree
612 month experience as a recruiter or account manager or consultant, preferably in Employment / Staffing / Temporary job agencies
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
