Quality Account Coordinator:

Position Summary

Quality Account Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the team meets deadlines. He/She also take responsibility for the team throughout the phase of the project and make adjustments where needed.

He/She achieves high customer satisfaction assuring customer requirements are properly transferred into the organization and ensures they are adequately implemented.

He or She leads the Customer Quality Team focalizing on the development/extension of an internal Quality Environment and Continues Improvement Management culture.


Responsibilities:

Keep the balance between high customer expectations and company strategies and possibilities;
Ensure the execution of Customer projects in line with IATF standard and contribute to integration of project quality through APQP methodology;
Actively review of Quality Account KPIs with the Team;
Ensure the availability of Quality account KPIs data for periodical reports;
Establish solid and long lasting relations with customers to build real Business partner with equal benefits;
Actively review the respect of Project Quality Milestones and collaborate to establish corrective measures to avoid project deviations;
Participate to on-site customer quality audits, managing internally critical points and contributing to find proper corrective measures;
Regularly hold conference calls with customers to discuss about issues and next steps; visit customers to discuss about critical issues and propose new strategies;
Undertake internal and process audits;
Collaborate as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedures improvements to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with standard requirements delivery in line with company and customer requirements;
When necessary, escalate issues to the Quality Director;
Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers the best results, added value and continuous improvements;
Mentor and lead the Quality Account team ensuring highest possible performance levels, driving innovation and a cooperative team ethos;
Consistently promote high standards through personal example to ensure that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them;

Qualifications and Experience Levels:

Good knowledge of Automotive Quality Management Systems standards and tools;
Quality analysis tools and a quality applied to manufacturing;
Professional use of Microsoft Office;
Professional knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering;
At least 5 years of experience in industrial companies, preferably in the automotive sector, engineering or in assembly factories, working on Quality Dept;
Team Management experience;
Available to travel internally and abroad
