- Rappresentare il Gruppo in Italia, e accompagnare la sua crescita, la notorietà dei marchi, l'inserimento nel panorama economico italiano e lo sviluppo globale dell'azienda
- Concordare con la sede centrale e implementare le migliori strategie per l'Italia, supervisionando l'attività e i piani d'azione.
- Sviluppare attivamente il mercato italiano in connessione con la Direzione Vendite di casa madre (BU Manager, Key Clients and exhibitors).
- Sviluppare e mantenere le relazioni chiave con le istituzioni, le associazioni professionali e in generale con tutto l'ecosistema delle fiere.
- Essere l'interfaccia con la stampa e i media.
- Reporting e monitoraggio strategico sulla situazione del mercato locale, i suoi sviluppi, le sue opportunità e i suoi rischi.
- Strutturazione del team commerciale in Italia e conseguente supervisione.
- Gestione e responsabilità dell'ufficio italiano in materia operativa e di bilancio.
- Creazione, affiancamento e gestione del team.
- Essere presente alle principali fiere di interesse (moda, industria, food service, transizione ecologica).
- Laurea specialistica + eventuale MBA o corso di specializzazione
- Conoscenza approfondita del settore Fiere
- > 10 anni di esperienza nella gestione di una Business Unit
- Abitudine a lavorare su commessa/progetto
- Esperienza maturata all'interno di contesti multinazionali
- Italiano madrelingua + ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1)
- La conoscenza anche della lingua francese sarà ritenuta requisito preferenziale
