Situato negli spazi dell'antico Seminario Arcivescovile, l'hotel offre 73 camere e suite che esprimono l'autentico stile milanese in un ambiente raffinato e senza tempo.

    Fulcro della nostra offerta enogastronomica è il Ristorante 10_11 : un ambiente raffinato composto dal bar, ristorante, un incantevole giardino e il suggestivo colonnato affacciato sulla piazza. Aperto tutto il giorno, il 10_11 propone una cucina italiana dai sapori autentici e una proposta mixology ispirata al rito milanese dell'aperitivo. Ogni membro del team contribuisce a creare un'esperienza d'ospitalità unica, fondata su attenzione ai dettagli, eleganza e passione per il servizio.     La nostra realtà è felice di offrire un'opportunità come Chef De Rang all'interno del reparto Food & Beverage . La risorsa sarà protagonista circa le attività operative del ristorante dalla colazione alla cena. L'esperienza comprende la gestione dei tavoli, mise en place e sbarazzo, servizio al tavolo, supporto alla cucina e al bar, predisposizione delle aree di servizio e coordinamento con camerieri, supervisor e sommelier, presa delle comande, gestione pagamenti. L'obiettivo sarà contribuire a garantire un servizio dinamico, accurato e personalizzato, in linea con gli standard di eccellenza del ristorante 10_11.

    Requisiti Portrait:

    Energia e grinta, voglia di far nascere il nuovo progetto, desiderio di farne stabilmente parte, amore per la città di Milano, attitudine al sorriso, perseveranza, eleganza non solo esteriore.

    Requisiti:

    • Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e dell'inglese
    • La conoscenza degli standard LQA sarà considerata un plus
    • Ottime capacità relazionali e organizzative
    • Problem Solving e Team working
    • Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e fine settimana
    • L'esperienza nel settore hospitality di almeno un anno in ruolo simile sarà considerata un plus
