Lo scopo principale del ruolo è di coordinare, presidiare e gestire correttamente l'intero processo di acquisti diretti e indiretti, supervisionando tutte le fasi, dalla ricerca del fornitore fino alla messa a terra della merce acquistata e la gestione di eventuali contenziosi. Completano il ruolo il supporto alla Direzione Aziendale circa il miglioramento continuo dei processi e la definizione di nuove strategie di acquisto. Principali attivit e responsabilit• Supportare la Direzione Aziendale circa la gestione e implementazione delle strategie d'acquisto, in accordo con gli obiettivi aziendali. Individuando spunti di miglioramento o criticit .
• Partecipare attivamente alla definizione e negoziazione delle offerte di acquisto, rinnovi e integrazioni dei contratti.
• Contribuire a far crescere il team incrementandone le competenze e fornendo una elevata qualit di servizio ai clienti interni,
• Sviluppare le procedure e le politiche di acquisto e follow up della loro implementazione,
• Valutazione e sourcing continuo dei fornitori,
• Provvedere all'elaborazione del budget e del reporting interno, relativi alle attivit di acquisto.
• Gestire e risolvere le eventuali problematiche e contestazioni qualitative e quantitative del prodotto,
• Garantire le date di spedizione, di consegna ed eventuali scadenze sulla base anche delle necessit e richieste dei reparti Sviluppo, Produzione e Controllo di Gestione, assicurando l'approvvigionamento dei materiali nei tempi richiesti,
• Gestire il contatto con i differenti fornitori e ricercarne di nuovi al fine di garantire opportunit di acquisto più favorevoli, vetrinabakeca
