- Anche se il reclutamento nel settore ingegneristico specializzato richiede una certa conoscenza tecnica del ruolo, ciò non significa competenza nel linguaggio tecnico ingegneristico, significa conoscere le basi dei compiti quotidiani del ruolo della specifica indicata.
- Il reclutatore tecnico dovrà comprendere gli aspetti tecnici e non tecnici dei ruoli.
- Il recrutatore dovrà identificare i candidati in base alle loro competenze tecniche, abilità e idoneità culturale.
- Sarà indispenssabile che vi sia qualcosa di più del tradizionale processo di colloquio con revisioni del curriculum e domande mirate per valutare la competenza e l'esperienza del candidato.
- Ricerca e selezione del personale, recrutamento attivo/ head hunting trantadosi di figure tecniche specializzate;
- Social recruiting;
- Coordinamento con il management per recepire le esigenze organizzatine, raccogliere gli hiring needs e redigere le job description sui principali canali di ricerca in completa autonomia;
- Screening dei cv anche in lingua inglese;
- Interviste telefoniche e video chiamate;
- Garantire il costante aggiornamento dei processi, della reportistica dedicata;
- Stesura del cv da sottoporre al cliente;
- Supporto nella gestione delle pagine social aziendale;
- Laurea;
- Forte interesse per l'attività di Executive search;
- Forte attitudine al Iavoro di squadra e capacità di ascoltare;
- ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Word e Excel (non verranno prese in considerazione candidature che non dimostrino avere un livello alto di utilizzo);
