Position Summary

Maximize business competitiveness and profit by establishing business goals and measuring and managing performance.


Check the major issues of the business and establish counterplan, or assist the management in effective decision-making by recognizing potential business risks beforehand.


Motivate business organizations to achieve goals and induce change in behavior through the wise selection of correct evaluation items and fair evaluation.

Role and Responsibilities


Supporting Commercial Divisions by providing the most efficient contribution in terms of reporting, analysis and data management, performing all administrative task related to Sales Admin and Business Controlling.


  • Contribute to provide Sales Planning and to define Sales Budget.
  • Development of process and analysis, providing analysis on Channel cost and forecast analysis.
  • Support Sales and Finance by providing monthly closing and variance analysis.
  • Manage commercial back office, Support Commercial Agreement definition.
  • Support Sales Admin team on Contract payment and evidence validation.
  • Support Sales teams decisionmaking with data analysis, also support the Sales force with a detailed analysis on sales and business performance.
Skills and Qualifications

Master's Degree preferably Economics

Proficient English

Prior experience in similar jobs

Attention to detail, precision, fast execution

Organized and structured

MS Suite mastery

Availability to join on an outsourcing initial 1 year's contract
