We're seeking a
Customer Service Intern to assist the local team in Lainate for a fixed-term internship. The position is based at our Lainate location, Atotech Italia Srl, Via Lecco, 6, 20045 Italia. Please ensure that commuting to the office daily is feasible for you.

As an intern, your responsibilities within the department will include:

Handling phone calls
Ensuring the accuracy of data in documentation
Archiving documentation
Reception activities

What we expect from you:

Eagerness to learn and grow in the Customer Service role
Currently pursuing university studies (second/third year) in Economics or a related field
Proficiency in both English and Italian
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
