We are looking for a
IT Workplace Service Management **to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to IT Product & Industrial processes, IT Services & Technologies.

You will be responsible to ensure the operational excellence in the field of IT Service Management, focusing on the efficient management of the Help Desk Service, the supervision of IT workplaces and the strategic control of software licenses, in order to optimize resources and ensure high-quality technical support for the entire organization

You will be focused on the following activities:

IT Service Desk Management:

  • Service Delivery Monitoring to ensure a timely, effective and reliable response to user requests.
  • Monitoring of service level and performance through contract management, SLA control, KPI analysis and reporting to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective solutions.
  • Tracking and management of escalations.

IT Workplace Management:

  • IT Workplace Management through the implementation of new technologies and the updating of software tools to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Workplace (Clients, Mobile devices, Meeting rooms, Multimedia solutions) definition, validation and management (including publishing HW, SW Catalog and Standards).
  • Continuous adoption of Microsoft 365 platform as company productivity suite.

Licence Management:

  • Software license management, asset tracking, usage monitoring, renewal management.
  • Ensure the software license compliance with all regulations.
  • Software license cost and efficiency analysis to optimize utilization, maximize return on investment by identifying savings opportunities.
  • User needs evaluation and approval of license usage.

Other activities:

  • Provide support and advice to different business units to meet specific IT related needs.
  • Stay uptodate on new technologies in the IT sector and evaluate their applicability to improve the services offered.
  • Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions to increase operational efficiency.
  • Analysis and development of new projects aimed at proposing constant actions to improve the processes supervised.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or other relevant field
  • Four years of experience and knowledge on IT service and IT service desk support management
  • Experience and knowledge in designing, managing, and supporting IT workplace solutions
  • Knowledge of:
  • IT software license management and cost efficiency
  • IT technologies (E

g:
MS Active Directory, GPO, MS SCCM, MS Intune, AI, RPA, etc )

  • IT Technology Platforms (E

g:
Microsoft 365, M365 Power platform, BMC Helix, SC3, OS Deploy, MDM tools, BOT, etc )

  • General IT Innovation Topics
  • Fluent English, Italian and German will be considered a plus
