    Field Service Engineer, Analytical InstrumentsLocation:

    Verona, ItalyThe company is a global leading manufacturer of analytical instruments used for chemical, physical and structural analysis of materials.

    Their technology covers thermal analysis, rheology, differential scanning calorimetry, dynamic mechanical analysis, dilatometry, and other applications.

    Their systems are used by scientists across the world in the pharmaceutical, chemicals, building materials, metals, polymers, academic and batteries markets.

    They now have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Field Service Engineer in Italy.


    The Position:
    You will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairing instruments at customer sites in Italy.

    The position is home office based in Italy, with 1 home office day and 4 days travel at customer sites each week.

    Support customers via phone, e-mail, video calls and in person to resolve equipment issues.
    Supporting customers in the chemicals, pharmaceutical, academic, metals, building materials, and other industries.
    Working closely with the service and support team in Europe.


    The Requirements:


    Educated in a Scientific or Engineering field; Electronics, ElectricalEngineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science; or related field.

    High level of self-organization and ability to work in a team.
    Comfortable with regular travel to customer sites.
    Driving license is essential.
