- Verifica delle generalità del cliente, con particolare attenzione alla corrispondenza della titolarità dei mezzi di pagamento.
- Controllare le richieste di prelievo, verificandone le vincite in collaborazione con i dipartimenti competenti individuando in maniera tempestiva giocate anomale (sport e gaming).
- Garantire che venga fornito un efficiente e professionale servizio di supporto agli altri dipartimenti.
- Inserimento di versamenti degli esercenti secondo le procedure interne.
- Utilizzo dei principali applicativi per lo svolgimento del lavoro.
- Diploma o Laurea in materie economiche preferita
- Esperienza precedente in ruoli similari, o amministrativi o in call center
- Ottima dimestichezza con i numeri
- Ottime capacità di gestire e trattare con confidenzialità le informazioni con le quali si entra in contatto
- Buone capacità organizzative
- Abilità di lavorare in team
- Conoscenza di Excel e di sistemi di home banking o simili
- Conoscenza dell'inglese apprezzata
