- esperienza pregressa nella gestione di progetti di consulenza strategica direzionale sales o marketing
- solido comprensione dei processi di sales e marketing con focus sul loro miglioramento strategico organizzativo formativo e tecnologico elevata autonomia operativa e forte proattività autorevolezza ed capacità dinteragire efficacemente con interlocutori C-level eccellenti capacità d comunicazione sintesi ed facilitazione forte orientamento al risultato alla creazione del valore per il cliente spiccata attitudine customer facing ed capacità costruire relazioni fiducia mentalitá analitica unita ad una solida visione strategica piena dimestichezza con strumenti digitali modalita' lavoro ibride contesti completamente digitalizzati
