JOB DESCRIPTION - OPERATORE DI PRODUZIONE
Siamo alla ricerca di un Operatore di Linea turnista presso il nostro stabilimento produttivo di Merlino (LO) ove avviene la produzione di differenti tipologie di cavi per applicazioni in vari settori industriali.
Il/La candidato/a, dopo un adeguato periodo di formazione previsto con affiancamento a personale con esperienza, dovrà acquisire le conoscenze per condurre la linea di produzione in autonomia.
Attività da svolgere:
-Caricamento materiali/semilavorati;
-Set-up della linea secondo le indicazioni riportate nella bolla di produzione;
-Impostazione manuale di parametri sul macchinario e marcatrici;
-Supporto in fase di confezione del prodotto;
-L'attività lavorativa si svolge su turni avvicendati;
Abilità:
-Forte motivazione all'apprendimento e disponibilità a recepire le istruzioni e conoscenze fornite da colleghi;
-Attenzione agli aspetti di sicurezza e precisione nell'osservanza delle norme in tema di Ambiente, Salute e Sicurezza;
-Disponibilità a lavorare con colleghi;
-Automunito.
Formazione:
-Diploma tecnico (requisito preferenziale);
-Esperienza pregressa nel campo;
