Siamo alla ricerca di un Manutentore Elettrico presso il nostro stabilimento produttivo di Quattordio (AL).
Il/La candidato/a eseguirà interventi di manutenzione elettrica, a carattere preventivo o su chiamata per guasto, ed effettua attività di assistenza al fine di assicurare il corretto funzionamento dei macchinari/impianti destinati alla produzione e consentire il normale svolgimento delle lavorazioni.
Attività da svolgere:
-Effettuare con l'ausilio di idonea strumentazione test diagnostici che permettono di valutare lo stato operativo della macchina o dell'impianto;
-organizzare in collaborazione con le altre specialità di manutenzione (meccanici) le diverse fasi di lavoro e la loro ottimizzazione;
-riconoscere le principali anomalie elettriche degli elementi della macchina/impianto
-correlare i parametri elettrici di esercizio (assorbimento, tensione, ecc.) con lo stato di salute della macchina/impianto;
-eseguire scollegamenti elettrici per interventi meccanici, revisioni complete, o interventi complessi, su macchine ferme;
-effettuare piccole operazioni di setup e taratura elettrica delle macchine/impianti in avviamento;
-assistere l'operatore di macchina nella messa a punto elettrica della macchina/impianto;
-aggiornare il libretto di manutenzione dei macchinari/impianti
Conoscenze e abilità:
circuiti elettrici ed elettromeccanici, disegno tecnico elettrico, dispositivi elettrici, elementi di elettromeccanica e impiantistica industriale, elettrotecnica, normativa su tutela della salute e sicurezza dei lavoratori; procedure di qualità.
osaper applicare le procedure di manutenzione preventiva su componenti elettrici di macchinari/impianti, procedure di pianificazione operativa, procedure di sostituzione componenti elettrici di macchinari/impianti, procedure per la messa in sicurezza di impianti elettrici; oApplicare tecniche di controllo funzionale dei componenti elettrici di macchinari/impianti, montaggio di apparati elettrici;
oUtilizzare strumenti di misurazione parametri elettrici, per la manutenzione elettrica, per saldatura e per riparazione di parti elettriche.
Formazione:
-Diploma perito elettrotecnico;
-Esperienza pregressa nel campo.
