LOSS PREVENTION SPECIALIST

Responsabilies:


  • Ensure full knowledge of and exemplify Loss Prevention (LP)/Security policy, procedure and standards
  • Detect and capture thieves according to company protocol.
  • Monitor potential employee theft suspicions. Partner with stakeholders to address concerns.
  • Prepare incident reports, accident reports and investigate reports according to company guideline.
  • Assist management in the investigation of policy and procedure violations.
  • Communicate and support all initiatives surrounding shortage reduction including, but not limited to audits, inventory counts etc
  • Offer recommendations and solutions to potential loss/security concerns.
  • Ensure complete confidentiality with regards to current and past investigations and outcomes.
  • Special projects/events as assigned.
  • Respond to alarm calls as needed and required in order to resolve all issues causing them.
  • Supporting stakeholders for all matters of stock control/management
People Management

  • Set security staff/supplier/GXO staff training plan based on their abilities and skills. Ensure all security staff/supplier/GXO staff understand and make effort to achieve the objective
Stock Management

  • Understand and follow the Standard Operations Procedures
  • Understand and follow the delivery/transfer procedures
Routine Office Work

  • Understand and follow all Security policies and procedures.
  • Understand all systems, CCTV, Intruder Alarm System, EAS Barriers and ensure correct usage.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Degree;
  • Experience in the role of at least 5 years in structured multinational companies;
  • Good knowledge of the Office Package;
  • Fluent English languages, both writing and speaking.
  • High standards of personal presentation, conduct and behaviour
  • Team player who will actively participate in team events
  • Use initiative to resolve problems
  • Actively seeks information and feedback to improve own performance and development
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to create an energetic atmosphere
  • Strong attention to detail
