Job summary
We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our culinary team at San Clemente Palace Venice.This majestic resort immerses guests in a historic building with breathtaking views of the city,
a collection of beautifully restored monastic structures, a 12th-century chapel,
nearly 6 hectares of ancient gardens offering stunning vistas along with
196 meticulously furnished rooms and suites – including the largest
& most exclusive suite in Venice.
The hotel seamlessly blends contemporary style with Renaissance influences,
boasting six-meter-high ceilings, wide corridors, grand staircases,
- Main responsibilities include leading a talented team across multiple outlets, developing innovative menus reflecting Italian traditions & contemporary flair,
- ensuring exceptional quality & presentation throughout all dining operations.
