_Role purpose:

The role refers to leading the SecbyDesign department in Vodafone Italy.
This department sits under the Vodafone Italy Cyber Security and has the following accountabilities:

Ensure projects security & compliance review for IT, Network and Vodafone Business Departments to make sure they are in line with the Security policies of the company
Act as advisor/expert for Vodafone Italy Technology Departments in case of guidance and support needed for topics related to Cyber Security
Coordinate the Local Security Champions into the Agile squads
Keep the alignment with Central SecbyDesign to assess possible impacts on local integrations for global solutions

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Leads, direct and motivates the SecbyDesign team by generating a common purpose and corresponding development and leadership of employees
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with the Vodafone Italy Technology Departments and Business functions
Provides local insights into central decisions to supporting evolution of framework of controls
Assess impacts lead by local integration in case of roll out of central products
Leads the evolution of the SecbyDesign framework and tooling
Raise Risks & Issues led by non compliances during product development to the senior management attention

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

5+ years of relevant professional experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to present to Senior Management
Previous line management experience
Strong analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to negotiate
The ability to be an effective team player
