- Boost sales teams activities by monitoring sales performances and meet targets, analyzing data to identify opportunities and challenges
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, especially the sales teams, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication skills also in English
- Contribute to calculation of agents' networks retribution
- Maintain accurate records of sales teams KPIs, budgeting and anagrafics, updating databases regularly
- Prepare sales presentations for management and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering , or related field.
- Proficient English language skills.
- Love for Data and Analytics, Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent use of Excel, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales planning & monitoring or other position with focus on data analysis.
