We are currently looking for a
Media Planning Assistant Manager in Milan.


The
Media Planning Assistant Manager (AM) will be responsible for guaranteeing the full management of offline/online Media budgets/campaigns, managing day-by-day tasks according to the Company Business Direction.

S/he will be in charge of coordinating/managing internal and external stakeholders (Agencies and Media Vendors).


Main responsibilities
Developing all aspects for the Media Planning strategy, the
Media Planning AM will manage:

  • Budget Allocation, Plan implementation and ROI monitoring for
  • TV Campaigns
  • Digital Campaigns (Display, VOD, SNS, SEA, Lead Acquisition)
  • Print campaigns
  • Radio campaigns
  • OOH/DOOH activations
  • Cinema campaigns
  • Agency Management
  • Contribute to the compliance of GDPR in all Media Marketing activities
  • Assure synergy with local campaign
  • Reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis, sharing strategic insights internally to enhance Media future plans
  • Spot new opportunities among new marketing channels, services, or partnerships
  • Monitor the competitor landscape and industry trends to promote innovations

Education Experience:


  • Degree in Economics / Marketing / Communication
  • Previous Marketing Experience, at least 3 years
  • 4+ years of experience on Media Planning

Requirements:


  • Fluent Italian (written and spoken)
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • MS office proficient
  • Good communication negotiation skills

Skills:


  • Project Management
  • Budget Management
  • Structured and data driven mindset
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
  • Strong team player in creating and managing relationships at all levels
