Role Description

The Spare Parts Flow Intern is responsible for collaborating in the management of the flow of spare parts orders. He mainly maintains relationships with customers regarding spare parts, receiving orders from them, verifying and entering them into the management system.

What you will do – activities and main areas of responsibility

• Collaborates with R&D in identifying alternatives in the event of obsolete codes;
• Collaborates with the Inbound Supply Chain to define the timing of spare parts procurement. Sends order confirmations to customers by interacting with the sales team to acquire relevant information regarding orders. Collaborates constantly with the spare parts department manager to prepare them.
• Unlocks the order lines and, after having processed the packing list and proforma invoice, sends them to the customer, collaborating with the outbound logistics for delivery planning.
• Responsible for processing and analyzing the statistics and KPIs of spare parts in collaboration with the Service.
• Collaborates with the Service for the definition and updating of data on the stocks of materials for spare parts to be kept in the warehouse.

What you need to succeed

Education: high school diploma or degree in management engineering/business/foreign languages

Technical Skills:

• Good knowledge of the office package (with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint);

Good knowledge of English, including professional, written and spoken.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Communication skills and predisposition to teamwork
• Proactive attitude and desire to learn
• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities

Languages:

Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
