We are looking for a person enthusiastic about training, who wants to acquire an overview of Retail Training function and develop organisational and analytical skills, proactively contributing to projects development and bringing his/her knowhow and expertise gained during years of study.
Your activities will include:
Support in the correct processing and updating of the e-learning platform, by translating texts from English into Italian, updating user master data and creating ad hoc reports;
Support in the creation of content for commercial launches of new products;
Interaction with the organisation's internal stakeholders in relation to collecting data and information for the creation and presentation of the newsletter to be shared with functions reporting to the Brand and the Stores staff;
Proactively offering support in delivering additional Retail tasks based on business requirements;
Delivery of new product update sessions with Stores staff.
