    A well-standing company offering financial, corporate, and training services are working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a recent graduate for the position of Administrator for their Nicosia based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company's clients, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answering telephone calls, emails, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain the reception, common, and conference areas clean and tidy.
  • Track stocks of office supplies, stationery, equipment, and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, and filling.
  • Liaise with clients and colleagues and deal with their requests and needs.
  • Arranging meetings with clients
  • Welcome guests and offer them coffee/refreshments to make sure their visit to the office is pleasant.
  • Maintaining corporate files and filing
  • Correspondence with clients via email/telephone
  • Working with local authorities, banks, agents worldwide, tax office, Registrar of Companies
  • Arranging apostille certifications.
  • Arranging courier services
  • Assist with any other administrative matters.
    • CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Holder of University degree or equivalent
  • Previous working experience in a similar role and within a similar industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good attention to details skills
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Team-player
  • Pleasant personality
