- Develop a growth strategy that reflects both the market trends and company goals
- Identify and map business strengths and customer needs
- Seek out key customers and form a robust relationship with them
- Identify and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations

- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, management, customer service, finance, administration, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software & sales intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge and understanding of the cloud, DevOps & software delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.
- Comfortable with a culture of quickly testing and iterating strategies.
- Superior negotiation skills and understanding of contract/legal terms.
