Front /back Receptionist to join our Front Office team, capable to express him/herself in
perfect English.

We are looking for a

Experience of working in 5 star
BOUTIQUE Hotel environment as customer service and Front Office department;
High school diploma required, additional hospitality training preferred;
Knowledge of
DIRECT HOLIDAY PMS and
ERMES Channel Manager/Booking Engine
Great Customer Service Skills
Must enjoy guest interaction and be able to anticipate guest needs and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times;
Must be able to maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests;
Assist with the luggage and car parking if necessary
Ability to promote hotel restaurants, spa and packages;
Awareness of 5 Star Hotel Standards and guest expectations;
Marketing and Sales oriented;
Italian and excellent command of English language (C1 verbal and written), knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage.

Full time
Seasonal contract from June (or earlier) until October. Contract will be extended for the most experienced and dedicate person.
