BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The EMEA Retail Facilities Manager will be part of Store Planning team and will manage the facilities and maintenance services for the EMEA region.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage regular contracting of procurements and relationships with suppliers
Tender process management, evaluating supplier services proposals from an economical and technical aspect
Conduct for an insurance point of view routine, periodic or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment
Manage technical projects within the retail stores with efficiency and proficiency meeting deadlines and schedules
Be the key point of contact of internal stakeholders for all type of maintenance operations within the shop floor, the stock areas, offices, technical rooms.
Be the main contact of the landlord for all type of negotiations for the commercial and technical exploitation of the headquarters including the daily technical maintenance follow up
Collect problems/inputs from stores and solve issue with suppliers
Manage a team of external consultants, executive architects, designers
Manage administrative orders with suppliers and manage related documents
Communicate and report transversely between the locations, with reference to EMEA
Manage Budget and Planning

BACKGROUND AND PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Availability to work also at night and in the weekends when required
Good communication skills
Autonomy
At least 5/7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in Luxury Retail Industry or Luxury Hospitality, in EMEA region
University Degree (Architecture / Engineering)
Fluent English and Italian
