- Ensuring and organizing the set-up of the dining room and tables, taking care of their functionality and aesthetics;
- Welcoming guests, guiding them to the tables, presenting the menu and wine list, suggesting the best pairings, and managing table service;
- Coordinating and monitoring the commis waiters assigned to him/her.
- Graduation in the tourism/hotel industry.
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in luxury hotels or high-level restaurants.
- Familiarity with the mise en place techniques of an à la carte restaurant and banqueting.
- Fluent English and a second foreign language are considered a plus.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude, with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to details and quality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to anticipate the guests' needs, and work both in a team and independently.
