Position Summary
We are looking for a Content Manger to join in our Social Media Unit in McCann Worldgroup in Milan.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with clients' brand identity and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including designers, copywriters, and account managers to create engaging and cohesive content across various platforms.
- Create, edit, and proofread a wide range of content, including articles, blog posts, social media content, and marketing collateral.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and optimal publishing schedules.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using relevant metrics, making datadriven recommendations for improvement.
- Implement SEO best practices to maximize content visibility and reach.
- Foster relationships with clients to understand their content needs and align strategies accordingly.
- Stay current with emerging digital marketing tools and technologies.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Professional English and Italian language skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation and management, preferably within an advertising agency or related industry.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in utilizing content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing previous content management and creation work is a plus.
