- Guarantee the delivery of projects and programs on time, within budget, and with uncompromised quality.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and integration opportunities to ensure our engineering capabilities remain cutting-edge.
- Conduct fit-gap analyses, advocating for standard solutions while tailoring customizations as needed.
- Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives and benchmarks to confirm proposed IT solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
- 2-3 years' experience with high-end Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems.
- 2-3 years understanding of BOM Transformation processes (EBOM, SBOM, MBOM)
- Proficiency in at least one major CAD system, such as Solidworks or Creo, is desirable.
- Familiarity with at least one of the major PLM systems is desirable (Windchill, Teamcenter, Aras).
- Programming expertise is desirable
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proven project/program management capabilities.

About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and maintenance of critical engineering applications. Your expertise in high-end PLM, CAD, CPQ, or Digital Documentation systems, coupled with a solid understanding of IT systems integration, will be key to driving our engineering department's technological advancements. You will immerse yourself in the processes of various Coesia group companies, spearheading change requests to foster synergies and standardization. You are expected to lead transformational projects and programs across the board, needing up to 25% travel, aiming for seamless project executions, reporting to the Manager of Engineering Applications.
