Within our _Client Service team,_ we're currently looking for a
Customer Engagement Specialist who will be fully dedicated to a portfolio of our
Pharma
clients.


The Customer Engagement Specialist will have the responsibility for supporting clients in
analyzing IQVIA property data and ensures they obtain maximum value from IQVIA products and services.

Will also
answers client queries and
collaborates with the Sales team to best support the clients. Provides
in-depth training in databases and products and assists the sales team in preparing quotations.


RESPONSABILITIES
-
Manage queries raised by client using in-depth understanding of the client and IQVIA data to ensure that a full and timely response is provided (also with support from other functions' teams) using company tools (QMS/CSM) and respecting contractual SLA.

  • Provide
    additional insight and interpretation of the data to enable appropriate resolution of business questions and/or issues including preanalysis of data query and cooperation with Data Integrity team in finalizing the resolution feedback to the client.
  • Transfers client requests for database modification to the Delivery Team and ensures proper execution.
  • Responsible for
    maintaining and growing revenue from existing and new services.
  • Supporting the team lead on driving and implementing specific initiatives
  • Support Sales team in the definition of quotations
  • Review client data requirements with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.
  • Provides
    training to clients and support to team for client service meetings at customer sites.
  • Produces adhoc studies and presentations on demand.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • MSc with strong interest into data analysis
  • At least 2/3 years of experience in similar role
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare market will be a plus
  • Attention to details and respect of deadlines
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
  • Ability to manage various projects simultaneously and in line with priorities
  • Strong communication, good interpersonal attitude, establishes empathy with clients
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to work on a team and to interact with other functions
