- Analizzare dati gestionali, contabili e finanziari (trend analysis, KPI, business ratios)
- Analizzare i driver dell'EBITDA (Quality of Earnings), il capitale circolante, l'indebitamento e i flussi di cassa
- Analizzare le ipotesi e la ragionevolezza del business plan e identificare sensitivities
- Identificare potenziali rischi ed opportunità connesse all'operazione
- Hai un'esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ambito Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services presso società di consulenza, di revisione o boutique finanziarie
- Possiedi solide competenze contabili e conosci i principi di riferimento internazionali (Italian Gaap ed IFRS)
- Hai competenze di analisi di bilancio (scostamenti e margini), capitale circolante e posizione finanziaria netta
- Hai familiarità con le principali metodologie per il calcolo dei flussi di cassa e con i metodi di valutazione d'azienda
- Hai una laurea magistrale in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale
- Hai competenze analitiche forti e conosci i software di analisi più evoluti
- Parli e scrivi in inglese con fluidità grazie ad esperienze di studio o lavoro all'estero
- Trovi soluzioni innovative a progetti complessi è una sfida cui non sai rinunciare
- Hai ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative e di gestione di team
