La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno della Divisione Residenziale di Poltrona Frau e a vrà il compito di supportare le attività del dipartimento Lean Engineering riportando al Lean Engineering Manager della Divisione.
Attività principali
Le attività in cui la risorsa sarà coinvolta riguardano l'analisi dei processi aziendali esistenti e del miglioramento degli stessi, in ottica di riduzione degli sprechi e ottimizzazione dei costi. Nello specifico: supporto alla predisposizione del piano di Continuous Improvement dello stabilimento con l'obiettivo di aumentare l'efficienza dei processi sia produttivi che transazionali affrontando la risoluzione delle problematiche con l'approccio DMAIC;
supporto all'analisi strutturata Time and Methods per le attività di Manufacturing, garantendo un focus sulla risoluzione delle problematiche legate all'ergonomia e all'organizzazione del posto di lavoro;
partecipazione a periodici KAIZEN events di miglioramento continuo;
assistenza all'implementazione di un piano di Internal Auditing per quanto riguarda gli aspetti Lean in collaborazione con la funzione Qualità e H&S.
Formazione ed esperienze lavorative Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica e/o Gestionale;
Preferibile specializzazione universitaria in ambito "Lean".
Competenze ed abilità Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
Conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
Precisione, capacità di analisi e sintesi (finalizzata al problem solving);
Capacità relazionali e organizzative;
Attitudine al lavoro in team.
