Terna, è alla ricerca di persone da inserire nel ruolo di Expert Corporate Venture Capital Investor per le sedi di Roma e Milano nell' Area Innovation – Partnership and Ventures. In qualità di Expert Corporate Venture Capital Investor contribuirai all'attività di investimento diretto e indiretto di Terna Forward, la società del Gruppo Terna costituita nel novembre 2022, dedicata all'innovazione tecnologica. Parteciperai agli investimenti di corporate venture capital a favore di startup e pmi innovative che ci permettono di gestire l'evoluzione del sistema elettrico, incrementare le prestazioni e la resilienza delle reti di trasmissione, aumentare l'efficienza e ridurre al massimo i rischi derivanti dalle attività di manutenzione, affrontare al meglio le nuove modalità di lavoro aiutando a creare un'azienda in cui sempre più al centro ci sono le persone; il tutto con una particolare attenzione alla sostenibilità, principio trasversale a tutte le attività di innovazione.
Nel ruolo di Expert Corporate Venture Capital Investor svolgerai le seguenti attività:
valutazione di business dei target di investimento; analisi economico finanziaria dei business plan; definizione e contrattazione dei termini di accordo e di investimento; coordinamento dei team interni trasversali di execution dei deal; supporto alla presentazione della tesi di investimento all'AD e al BOD di Terna Forward; networking con peers per individuazione nuove target; supporto alla gestione di portafoglio degli investimenti nelle successive fasi di gestione e di exit; origination e business development delle attività per la aziende in portafoglio diretto e indiretto Principali requisiti richiesti
Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 5 anni di cui almeno 3 in un fondo di venture capital o corporate venture capital; Esperienza di execution di deal; Conoscenza dei principali metodi di valutazione delle startup e delle aziende innovative Capacità di analisi di financial aziendali e dei business plan Conoscenza dei principali termini e condizioni degli accordi di investimento (dal termsheet in poi) caratteristici del settore; Capacità ed esperienza di negoziazione.
