- Internally, with Proposal Dept., Estimating Dept., Planning Dept. and all Engineering Disciplines;
- Externally with Engineering Companies, including other Operating Centers;
- Estimating Engineering Services, during the bid phases;
- Supporting the Head of the Engineering Department in the definition of Subcontracting Plan;
- Supporting the Engineering Subcontract Section Head in the Companies Qualification Process;
- Managing preparation of Engineering Subcontract Requisition for Inquiry;
- Managing the issue of Technical/Commercial Tabulation;
- Preparing and issue Negotiation Report for Inquiry;
- Monitoring of the Subcontracting Execution;
- Managing Change Orders.
- Local contract only will be considered;
- Qualifications: Master degree in engineering is preferable, High School Diploma in Technical Disciplines is required;
- Languages: fluent in English and in Italian;
- Attitude to perform the work in team, in an international and multi-cultural environment;
- Capability to complete tasks on time with the required Company quality level;
- Proactive, committed and solution/results driven;
- Autonomous and Organizational Skills/Time Management;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas international company is required;
- Available to travel in Italy and abroad for short period;

About The Role:
You will work inside the Engineering Proposals & Subcontract Coordination Section, that is in charge of estimation of Engineering Service during tender proposal, managing of Engineering Subcontract and coordination with the Engineering Service Supplier.
