Role Description

Main Activities

Monitor security events using our SIEM platform to identify potential security threats
Investigate security alerts and escalate incidents to the appropriate teams for remediation
Participate in incident response activities to contain and mitigate potential security incidents
Assist in developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and controls in line with ISO 27001 standard
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of our ISMS according to ISO 27001 standard
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standard
Work with other teams to ensure security controls are implemented and operating effectively
Stay uptodate with emerging security threats and trends and assist in implementing countermeasures to prevent potential attacks

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field or relevant work experience
Fluent Italian and English
Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms and tools
Understanding of network and system security principles and best practices
Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and their potential impact on systems and data
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Experience with cloud security and associated tools
Understanding of threat intelligence and how it can be used to prevent and respond to cyber attacks
Familiarity with NIST cybersecurity framework
Experience with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing tools
Ability to assess security risks and provide recommendations for mitigation
Experience with security incident response planning and execution
Familiarity with ISO 27001 standard and ISMS implementation
