Latham & Watkins, a global law firm consistently ranked among the top firms in the world, is seeking a Guest Services Specialist to join our dynamic Operations team in Milan.
Please note that the hours for this role are 11:00 am - 8:00 pm and 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

About the role
As a Guest Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing "best in class" service while assuring compliance with all Firm policies and procedures
Other key responsibilities include:
- Directing telephone calls to appropriate attorneys and staff, as well as recording messages for recipients
- Ensuring that the reception area is presentable at all times
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, determining the nature of their business, and providing appropriate information
- Scheduling conference rooms and visitor offices
- Ensuring each room is prepared to the customer's specification, as well as remaining available throughout the event for any added assistance
About you
We'd love to hear from you if you:
- Are fluent in English and Italian
- Exhibit well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
- Consistently demonstrate a solutionoriented attitude, resourcefulness and effective problem solving
