    Position Overview: As a Senior Data Scientist within our Data & Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in generating data-driven insights and strategies to enhance our sales performance and marketing campaigns. Utilizing your extensive analytics experience, you will collaborate closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to pinpoint opportunities, devise experiments, construct models, and offer actionable insights. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to significantly influence the growth and triumph of our company within a flexible and dynamic environment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Define data-driven strategies and objectives.
    • Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and recognize trends and patterns.
    • Design and execute statistical models and algorithms to forecast sales performance and customer behavior.
    • Develop machine learning models for lead scoring, churn prediction, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing campaigns.
    • Lead the experimentation process by formulating A/B tests, evaluating outcomes, and offering recommendations for optimization.
    • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and convey insights to stakeholders.
    • Perform comprehensive analysis of customer journey and touchpoints to pinpoint areas for enhancement and enrich customer experience.
    • Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability.
    • Stay informed about the most recent advancements in data science, analytics, and marketing technologies to propose inventive solutions.
    • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present discoveries and recommendations to senior management.

    Main requirements

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.

    • 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, with a focus on analytics.
    Extensive expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and machine learning techniques.
    Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development.
    Proven success in developing and implementing predictive models and algorithms to drive business growth.
    Proficiency in data visualization tools and methods to effectively convey complex ideas.
    Strong knack for problem-solving and managing large and complex datasets.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
