    CDSHotels, catena alberghiera, è alla ricerca di un* SPA Manager per la stagione 2026 presso il Centro Benessere del Villaggio Porto Giardino sito a Monopoli.L* Spa Manager ha il ruolo di responsabile operativo della SPA con tutti servizi ad esso connessi.La risorsa si occuperà di:agire in conformità con tutte le politiche e procedure dell'hotel, del personale e della spa, comprese il rispetto delle norme in materia di igiene e sicurezzacoordinare le attività del dipartimento per garantire il buon funzionamento, la pulizia e la manutenzione dell'intera Spa e di tutti i servizi annessigestire e motivare il personale verso un servizio di eccellente livello, soddisfacendo le aspettative dei clienti più esigentipianificazione del planning giornaliero/settimanale, organizzazione appuntamentigestione clienti: dall'accoglienza e controllo, dall'appuntamento al congedofidelizzazione del cliente e nuove opportunità di venditaallestimento prodotti e responsabilità sullo stock materiali di consumo e professionali cabine - riordino ed approvvigionamentoRequisiti, esperienze e competenzeIl profilo desiderato corrisponde ad una risorsa che abbia maturato un'esperienza di almeno tre anni nel ruolo in contesti alberghieri con elevati standard di servizioForte abilità nell'attività di interazione con ospiti e personaleFamiliarità nella gestione di operatività complesse ed articolateGrande predisposizione al problem solvingProfonda conoscenza delle metodologie Olistiche, nonché conoscenza delle metodologie legate alla Nutrizione ed EsteticaConoscenza delle operazioni e della gestione delle strutture termali e ricreativeSi richiede una capacità di analisi e esperienza nella gestione della vendita al dettaglioIndispensabile la conoscenza della lingua italiana ed ingleseMassima serietà, professionalità e disponibilitàDimestichezza uso p.c. e gestionali alberghieri
