As Sales Administration Specialist , you will assist customers, along the ordering process, ensure orders are processed correctly and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Your main activities will consist in:
• receive customers' orders via either e-mail or via internet
• orders inputting into SAP
• check orders acquired via EDI are regularly loaded
• ensure Order Books are run daily
• provide all information needed by customers (product identification, orders state, delivery planning, etc.)
• update Customer details within IT system
• produce credit notes when necessary in accordance with SAP Procedures
• ensure customers are invoiced
• liaise with Accounts Department regarding customers invoice queries
Your profile :
• Master's Degree in Economics or Foreign Languages
• Previous experience in similar role is a plus
• Fluency in English, any other additional language is appreciate
• Communicative, empathetic, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and execution skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency, SAP knowledge is a plus
