- Supportare il team nell'attività di stima del costo dei nuovi prodotti durante la fase di progettazione, dalla prototipia fino alla presentazione della collezione
- Verificare la congruenza delle variazioni di costo intervenute in seguito a modifiche durante le fasi di ingegneria fino alla messa in produzione
- Promuovere e supportare l'attività di contenimento/ottimizzazione del costo standard, in linea con la strategia aziendale
- Definire i Cicli Produttivi, analizzando le modalità delle unità produttive e determinando tempi standard attraverso specifici sistemi di misurazione
- Analizzare e ottimizzare le metodologie di processo;
- Creare e tenere aggiornate schede costo e cicli nel PLM aziendale
- Partecipare a sessioni di costing e riunioni con Ufficio Prodotto e Collection Merchandising
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Statistica e/o discipline economico-scientifiche;
- Preferibile 1-2 anni di pregressa esperienza nel ruolo
- Ottima dimestichezza con l'uso del PC, conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel) e di Access;
- Ottima capacità di elaborazione dati e di predisposizione reportistica;
- Attenzione ai dettagli e precisione
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e flessibilità;
- Buone doti relazionali e di ascolto
- Gestione delle priorità
- Conoscenza delle logiche di produzione, analisi funzionali, lean production;
- Appassionato del settore, si mantiene informato su tendenze, condizioni di mercato e offerta dei competitors
